February 2015 Technique of the Month Video: Knee on Belly Arm Attacks

We begin with a transition to knee on belly, followed by the reverse armlock submission. If they escape the reverse armlock, we show you how to attack for the kimura lock, americana, and omoplata!

December 2014 Technique of the Month Video: Guard Pass to Armlock
We are excited to share a super effective and practical knee slide guard pass (from a failed x-pass attempt), finishing with an armlock from the knee on belly position!
Often, when you attempt the x-pass, you will run into certain road blocks. With a quick side step and grip change, we show you a knee slide pass that will be sure to put your training partners and opponents in trouble!
